  Hi.  My name is Jenn. (hi, Jenn)  I'm a homeschool mom.  My life is chaos.

--now, you need to understand ... I love the chaos.  If I weren't a homeschool mom, my life would still be in chaos.  It's the kind of girl I am.  My husband's life is not chaos - except for the parts that I'm in.

I love Jesus.  He's the one who allows me to have this FULL, JOY-FILLED, CHAOTIC life.

I love reading.  I love baking.  (I tolerate cooking out of necessity.) I love being Catholic.  I love...life.  My kids are full of it. (life)  I love laughter (although, my husband, who is a much funnier guy than I am, has accused me of having no sense of humor at times).  I try not to take life too seriously, although sometimes it's an effort.  I enjoy crochet.  I DO NOT like cleaning. (My husband's better at that, too - but I do the majority of it in our home - by proximity and out of love of him, not love of cleaning).

I am, by nature, an unorganized party girl.  My ideas of parties have changed through the years, but I still love entertaining.  Kid parties are my forte at the moment.

This picture epitomizes our homeschool: a brisk spring day after a long winter, children who can't bear to be inside another hour wrapped in blankets able to do school with the wind blowing through their hair, a child whose mind has exploded into understanding reading who is sharing her new excitement with her little sister.
